Meditation: Getting In Touch
The
purpose of meditation
is:
a method of integration of the "Essential Self"
into the personality
and life experience.
Other relaxing exercises are good for stress yet real meditation is facing oneself
and doing the inner work that only you can do.
Both free-will & destiny, "run" our lives.
Destiny is: 1) everyone exercising
their free-will simultaneously
(we create our realities by how we think)
2) together with the FACT that we are all connected in our united soul purpose
to grow spiritually and evolve our planet into a peaceful
place
3) And our individual essential self's choices to work out specific
karma this lifetime.
We
all have free-will and must continually choose the path of peace with the heart
(inner-Mother), the mind (inner-Father) , and the will (inner-child).
