Breath in through the
nose slowly and as deeply as possible.
While breathing in,
think of the whole body as being filled with a vital force of energy, the
life giving healthy force of nature in a-bun-dance
and as you breath
in... say silently to yourself.
i am that i love
As the lungs fill,
press on the diaphragm,
enough to make the
whole belly rise with air.
Breath out as slowly
as you breathed in,
also through the nose
and as you do, say silently to yourself
i love that i am.
Gently draw in the
abdomen at the end of the breath while releasing all the tension from the
body and focus on the emptiness inside and let that be.
Letting go of a need
to fill the emptiness,
allowing it to be
for this moment a part of who you are at this moment.
As the tension of
all the voices in you and all the many feelings come up,
just let them be for
this moment.
Realize that no matter
your situation, you deserve a moment of peace
and you are the only
one who can give that to you.
Letting go of all
tensions, relax and take a new breath, again focusing,even more, on the
life giving force of the breath.
