and can help you to grow into a deeper love of life.
Next time you are in a hard situation -
think about all the things that are going right.- this is one of the quickest ways to find peace inside
when in tough situations.

When dealing with tough relationships...

The "Essence Loophole"

Seeing a person's essence, not their behavior, circumstances, or appearances. Focusing on who they are as a being... seeing the best of them and yourself.
Hold the space for who they are really and
be that looking back at them.

The "Comedy Loophole"

Do your part by coming from your heart 
in all situations and without laughing at someone or using "mean" humor - help others
(when ever possible) or at least yourself
to see the hunor in what's happening.
Laughter keeps the soul young and
hard situations do-able and helps to bring everyone together to see how we are all so connected.
Evolutionary Comedy is kind and
helps to evolve the consciousness of those who listen while it shows them a perspective that is funny
about it - a way that shows us
just how much the same we all are inside.

When you feel overwhelmed or like you are stuck...
The "Creativity Loophole"

Do what you love to do... and make it into something meaningful to you. Draw, paint, play with clay, or make a collage of inspiration out of magazine pictures. If you love to write - then write down your thoughts and feelings in a journal, or on your computer, and see if it inspires a poem that
sums up your deepest feelings.
If you love playing music - see if you can make it into a song. Or just play some music that makes you happy... and have fun singing to your favorite CD or dancing to it - even cleaning to it can be creative -
if you do it in a fun way that
makes your space beautiful.
Perhaps it feels better to be outside - then go on a nature hunt and find beautiful peices of wood or a special rock that calls to you...
(please pick up some trash to pay for it.)
Or if you would rather do an Urban Vision Quest -
then go where you find inspiration. It may be as simple as a thrift store. You may find the perfect saying on a plaque that sums up the inspiration you seek. Maybe you get creative with clothes - you could put together a whole outfit and wear it out of the store as a new person dressed in a whole new look.
No matter your situation - get creative about it and see it as if it were not your problem - like you were telling a friend who you love the problem.
How would you talk to your
most dearest old friend?
And tell yourself what you would do -
now put that answer into
some form of creativity that makes you smile.
When we think creatively we find solutions because
we are open and curious to see what is possible.

Together we are growing our planet
into a loving consciousness
by letting everyone know that it is both
hip and sexy...
to care.
